At first, I chose to do my podcast on Kevin Shirley because he was mentioned in class and his name sounded familiar but I didn't know exactly what he had produced. After doing a little bit of light research I discovered that I enjoy a number of the albums he has produced and worked on. So I continued my research and found out I like the advice he gives in his interviews as well as the music he has produced. Through this project I have learned a lot about an important producer as well as gained some knowledge on the recording industry and building a career in the industry. Its amazing what you can learn by just taking advantage of the millions of sources provided by the internet.
